WHO IS ELIGIBLE: If you represent a church, school or other non-profit organization, then you are eligible to participate in our program. This program is not available in all Summer Fresh locations; please check with your neighborhood store manager for details.

HOW TO ENROLL: Come by your
neighborhood Summer Fresh Supermarket and fill out the New Member
form. When submitting this form, you must also include a copy of your
Federal 403-b tax exemption letter. We will assign a number unique to
your organization and send receipt tracking forms back to you for
keeping receipt totals. These forms should be attached to all receipts
when being turned in.
WHAT PURCHASES ARE ELIGIBLE:
Any item purchased at Summer Fresh Supermarkets,
excluding liquor, tobacco, money orders, lottery, or prepared
deli food items. The eligible total will show on your cash
receipt. All totals will be taken before tax and after coupons
are redeemed. Receipts will expire one year past the date of
purchase. This gives your organization three calendar quarters
to submit valid receipts.
HOW DO YOU RECEIVE YOUR CHECK: Each quarter all receipts turned in by the published cut-off date will be added up and your organization will receive 1% of that total. Checks will be sent out within 30 days of this cut-off date for the quarter.
HOW TO TURN IN RECEIPTS: Receipts should be turned in at your neighborhood Summer Fresh Supermarket. Included with the receipts should be one completed receipt tracking form , which your organization received when you turned in your New Member Form.
